Stellar Insurance Prepares for Major Fire Damage Repairs with Detailed Planning
In mid July we completed the pre-start on two fire-damaged properties.
Stellar Insurance Reinstatement Services was instructed by different clients and insurers on both properties to ensure continuity of work.
We were awarded the full package, which includes site clearance and asbestos removal. These initial tasks will commence this week as we await the building warrant approval, expected by the end of July or the beginning of August, allowing the main repairs to begin.
It’s difficult to overstate the importance of a pre-start meeting with all stakeholders. These meetings ensure everyone is clear on the key milestones and understands their responsibilities to keep the program on track.
We look forward to seeing progress in the coming weeks, which will involve a road closure to install the 10m attic trusses following the brickwork repairs.
