This property suffered fire damage to the roof space. Stellar Insurance Reinstatement Services were asked to carry out make safe repairs after an attempt by a previous contractor had failed during strong winds.
We enlisted our scaffold contractor to attend the property the following day, to provide a ‘temporary roof scaffold’ whereby the house is protected and made watertight to prevent further damage to the internals of the property.
Solution:
Stellar Insurance Reinstatement Services won the tender on this fire damaged roof repair project in Paisley and we were required to strip the property in full (including asbestos removal works) and follow on with full reinstatement. Roof trusses were replaced in full due to the severity of the fire damage.
