What a difference two weeks can make on a new build project!
This new build project, consisting of two detached houses in a popular residential area on the west coast, has gone from slab/under-build stage to a wind and water-tight structure since we returned from the Christmas break.
Internally the partitions are commencing next week along with the M&E first fix, ready for the insulation and plasterboard to be installed shortly after.
A progress meeting with the client has been arranged for late January. This will be their first time onsite since before Christmas. Stellar Insurance Managing Director Ross Cooper said, ‘I have no doubt they will be delighted with the progress and workmanship to date’.
