Following on from an emergency make-safe we are looking forward to the repair works commencing for this building, which was badly damaged by vehicle impact.
The full front elevation is being demolished and rebuilt to both inner and outer leaves along with replacement lintels and mullions.
The existing brickwork is imperial sized – which does make the challenge that little bit harder. However, as this was identified on day one, the necessary amendments have already been agreed.
Upon completion of the external repairs the internal damage will also be undertaken by our in-house multi-trades team.
