We start with an expert assessment of the property. We have vast experience in quickly and accurately identifying and implementing the safest and most economical method to repair the damage.
This is an important step in any insurance project. As soon as the property is made wind and water tight works can commence on the interior.
We have in-house trades including joiners, plumbers, electricians and multi skilled tradespeople, all on hand with the knowledge and expertise required to perform the key process of removing the damaged aspects of your property with minimum disturbance.
The property will be ventilated and, if required, heaters, fans and dehumidifiers will be deployed to aid the process
Our fully trained and qualified tradespeople will carry out all necessary plumbing, drainage, electrics, lighting, joinery, plastering and paintwork, as well as more specialist works like kitchen fitting and floor laying.
The works are only complete when our tradespeople have removed all materials and equipment from the site and you have walked the site with one of our team to ensure that everything is as good as new – if not better!
