Insurance Reinstatement Repairs for Fire Damaged Roof Glasgow

Requirements:
This property suffered fire damage to the roof space. Stellar Insurance Reinstatement Services were asked to carry out make safe repairs by one of Sedgwick’s major loss adjusters after an attempt by a previous contractor had failed during strong winds.
Solution:
We enlisted our scaffold contractor to attend the property the following day, to provide a ‘temporary roof scaffold’ whereby the house is protected and watertight to prevent further damage to the internals of the property.
Both the client and the insured were so impressed with the service provided to date that we were also awarded the reinstatement contract.
The reinstatement repairs consisted of renewal of the roof and trusses in full, soda blasting of the party wall, full internal strip out and reinstatement along external repairs to the drive way.
Outcome:
The project was finished on schedule and under budget.
